Spices change your food from ordinary to amazing! Besides the yum factor, spices have MAJOR anti-inflammatory properties and impact gene expression in a healthy way. The Center for Integrative Health & Wellness Clinical Nutritional Counselor, Sharon Meyer, will teach you different and interesting ways to use spices to impact your own health. Sharon will also share the amazing history of spices and how they have been woven into health and wellness for thousands of years.
