New to Rosa but more importantly, a new Mama

My son is almost 7 months & I have been married for going on 8 years.....recently moved from Central Valley to Rosa. I'm currently unemployed in corporate America, but I am a full-time mother, wife & homemaker. If you asked me to describe myself in less than 5 words, I'd say "Earth mother"...if I ask you to do the same, what'll you say! :)

I like Crissi's answer... wouldn't that be all of us? I would have to say I'm "just like my mom". Even though I swore as a teenager I wasn't going to be as strict and my kids would be able to do what they wanted. Now, I'm raising mine with the same rules I was raised with... and I'm sure my 13 year old hates it just as much as I did at that age.

I try and live a natural & environmentally sustainable life...I chose an unmedicated l&d, kept my son intact, breastfeed, co-sleep, babywear, & cloth diaper...if you've seen the Youtube video "Sh*t Crunchy Moms Say", that's pretty much me...lol...aside from that, I really, REALLY heart the Earth :) :) :)

. . . of course, striving doesn't mean *obtaining* ;) Maybe "struggling" would be a better word choice to represent myself ... I feel like the Daffy Duck of moms at times, but not nearly as entertaining. ha!
